The Riverside Inn at Aymestrey offers the best eating experience in the area bar none. The menu is consistently excellent and the chef inventive.

The Church Inn, Ludlow

The Church Inn in the centre of Ludlow, is a Grade II listed building which has the warmth and character one would expect from what was originally a 14th Century house. The Fiddler's Elbow &
The Sun Inn, Leintwardine

Leintwardine's fish and chip shop cooks not only fish but also chicken, vegetarian and vegan food. You can't eat in but order your food online and you can take it to...

The Sun Inn next door, one of only eight alehouses left in the UK. It doesn't serve food but you can take your fish and chips in and eat them there. Be sure to look into the old parlour on the left of the door, and the original public bar on the right. These rooms formed the original pub before the rear extension was built in 2010

Situated in this attractive town in the beautiful Clun valley, the White Horse is well-known for its good local food and beer.

This is a friendly pub with lots of character which will appeal to the keen beer drinker - the pub brews its own ale which is well worth sampling.

Dogs permitted.
