Enjoy breakfast in the dining room offering views of the lawn running down to the millstream and a stunning vista of North Herefordshire.
There is a roaring fire in the chillier months
and tables on the terrace in the warmer ones.

You could have sausages, bacon, baked vine tomatoes, chestnut mushrooms, black pudding.

Eggs can be poached, fried, scrambled, boiled, or made into an omelette.
​
Bread is fresh, coffee is real (caff or de-caff), tea is organic (caff or de-caff), juices are fresh. There will always be muesli, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit compote, yogurt, honey, jam and decent marmalade.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

We won't give you loads of superlatives like other places - it's all a bit over the top.
Suffice to say, most of the food we serve is local, organic and free-range. One guest described he Upper Buckton breakfast as the best breakfast in Herefordshire!

We have sourced a particularly good vegan sausage and make our own vegan bread. Mary creates delicious blueberry pancakes too, so there's sure to be something that you'll enjoy.
