Quiet, comfortable, relaxing...

Our idea of the perfect room has been honed by staying at many establishments, so we know what makes a room comfortable and cosy.

We no longer accept dogs.

You will find bathrobes for each guest and plenty of towels - including face flannels. (It is so annoying that many bed and breakfast and hotel bedrooms don't contain flannels!).

 Also included in each bedroom:

  •  a modern TV

  •  DAB radio

  •  binoculars for viewing wildlife from your window or when out and about.

  • Each of our bedrooms is furnished with vintage or antique items.

  • Bed linen and towels are made from organic cotton.

  • Duvets and pillows are hypo-allergenic and the feather pillows are Downafresh® certified using ethical feathers.

  • All bedding is OEKO-TEX® certified which means it is free from harmful substances.
